摘要:
隨著我國醫療信息化建設的不斷發展,基于EMR的醫院信息系統不斷完善,集成化平臺的建設更加促進了數據共享和數據挖掘。面對如此龐多的子系統,醫務人員需要完成大量的文字錄入工作,文字錄入的即時性、便利性、準確性在一定程度上影響著醫院整體的工作效率、醫療成本、醫療質量。本文主要分析當前病歷錄入存在的問題,探討語音識別技術在醫院臨床工作中的應用,并總結其在應用過程中存在的問題。
Abstract:
With the continuous development of medical information construction in China, the hospital information system based on EMR has been continuously improved, and the construction of integrated platform has promoted data sharing and data mining. Faced with such a large number of subsystems, medical personnel need to complete a large number of text entry work. The immediacy, convenience and accuracy of text entry affect the overall efficiency, medical cost and medical quality of the hospital to a certain extent. This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in current medical record entry, discusses the application of speech recognition technology in hospital clinical work, and summarizes the problems in its application.
