摘要:
白血病是一類來源于造血干細胞的惡性腫瘤,其死亡率高、治療難度大,嚴重威脅人類的生命健康。白血病的發病與轉歸是由多重因素綜合作用所致,伴隨我國社會經濟快速的發展,環境污染愈演愈烈,其中室內裝修污染作為白血病發病的危險因素,引起了學術界的廣泛關注。本文就室內裝修污染中的甲醛、苯、氡等對人體的影響、致病機制、與白血病的相關性以及預防進行綜述,以期提高對室內裝修污染與白血病的認識,為預防白血病提供一定的參考。
Abstract:
Leukemia is a kind of malignant tumor derived from hematopoietic stem cells. Its mortality rate is high and its treatment is difficult, which seriously threatens human life and health. The pathogenesis and outcome of leukemia is caused by the combination of multiple factors. With the rapid development of China's social economy, environmental pollution has become more and more serious. Among them, indoor decoration pollution, as a risk factor for leukemia, has aroused widespread concern in the academic community. This paper reviews the effects of formaldehyde, benzene, radon, etc. on the human body, the pathogenic mechanism, the correlation with leukemia and prevention, in order to improve the understanding of interiordecoration pollution and leukemia, and provide some reference for the prevention of leukemia.
