摘要:
目的 探討強化坐站訓練對腦卒中偏癱患者平衡能力及生活質量的影響。方法 選取2016年5月~2018年4月我院確診為腦卒中偏癱患者84例作為研究對象,采用隨機數字表法分為對照組和觀察組,各42例。對照組給予常規康復訓練,觀察組在對照組的基礎上進行強化坐站訓練,比較兩組平衡功能及日常生活能力。結果 治療后,觀察組SLst低于對照組[(85.05±14.25)mm vs(88.24±16.15)mm],SAst、BBS評分高于對照組[(151.96±24.88)cm2 vs(142.11±20.09)cm2]、[(35.93±7.34)分vs(29.33±6.29)分],差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。觀察組MBI評分高于對照組[(60.39±6.33)分vs(52.47±6.78)分],TUGT計時短于對照組[(40.10±7.82)s vs(53.60±8.03)s],差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 采用強化坐站訓練可提高腦卒中偏癱患者動靜態平衡能力,改善雙下肢運動的穩定性,改善生活質量。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of intensive sitting training on balance ability and quality of life in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods 84 patients with hemiplegia who were diagnosed as stroke in our hospital from May 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 42 cases each. The control group received routine rehabilitation training, and the observation group performed intensive sitting training on the basis of the control group,the balance function and daily living ability of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the SLst of the observation group was lower than that of the control group [(85.05±14.25) mm vs (88.24±16.15) mm], and the SAst and BBS scores were higher than the control group [(151.96±24.88) cm2 vs (142.11±20.09) cm2], [(35.93±7.34) points vs (29.33±6.29) points], the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The MBI score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group [(60.39±6.33) points vs (52.47±6.78) points], and the TUGT time was shorter than that of the control group [(40.10±7.82) s vs (53.60±8.03) s],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Intensive sitting training can improve the dynamic and static balance ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia, improve the stability of lower limb movement and improve the quality of life.
