摘要:
目的 分析枸櫞酸咖啡因對早產兒原發性呼吸暫停及相關并發癥的影響。方法 選擇2018年4月~2019年3月我院收治的早產兒80例,采用隨機數字表法分為對照組和觀察組,各40例。對照組采用氨茶堿治療,觀察組采用枸櫞酸咖啡因治療,比較兩組臨床治療總有效率、每天呼吸暫停發生頻率、用氧時間、持續氣道正壓通氣(NCPAP)時間、并發癥發生情況以及臨床不良反應。結果 觀察組治療總有效率為92.50%,高于對照組的80.00%,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);觀察組每天呼吸暫停發生頻率、用氧時間、NCPAP時間均低于對照組,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);觀察組并發癥發生率低于對照組,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);觀察組不良反應發生率為5.00%,低于對照組的17.50%,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 枸櫞酸咖啡因對早產兒原發性呼吸暫停治療具有積極的促進作用,減少呼吸暫停發生,可一定程度縮短用氧和NCPAP時間,預防并發癥的發生,具有一定的臨床應用價值。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of caffeine citrate on primary apnea and related complications in premature infants. Methods 80 premature infants admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with aminophylline, and the observation group was treated with caffeine citrate. The total effective rate of clinical treatment, the frequency of daily apnea, oxygen time, continuous positive airway pressure (NCPAP) time, and complications were compared. Occurrence and clinical adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%, which was higher than that of the control group 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The frequency of daily apnea, oxygen time and NCPAP time in the observation group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%, which was lower than 17.50% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Caffeine citrate has a positive effect on the treatment of primary apnea in premature infants. It can reduce the occurrence of apnea and shorten the time of oxygen and NCPAP to prevent complications,it has certain clinical application value.
