摘要:
目的 探討標本溫度、存儲時間對肝功能生化檢驗結果的影響,為提高檢驗質量提供重要依據。方法 選取2018年10月~2019年2月我院檢驗科接受肝功能生化檢驗的200例健康者作為研究對象,均采集晨起空腹外周靜脈血3.0 ml/管,共6管,比較常溫及4℃環境,即刻及存儲12 h檢驗,溶血及無溶血標本中肝功能生化指標水平。結果 無溶血標本的DBIL、AST、ALT、ALB水平高于溶血標本,ALP、TP、TBIL水平低于溶血標本,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。常溫與4℃保存標本的DBIL、TBIL、AST、ALT、ALB、ALP、TP水平比較,差異無統計學意義(P>0.05)。即刻與存儲12 h標本的DBIL、TBIL、AST、ALT、ALB、ALP、TP水平比較,差異無統計學意義(P>0.05)。結論 血樣標本保存溫度、存儲時間對肝功能生化檢驗結果影響甚微,但是溶血會對檢驗指標產生一定影響,因而在采血后特別注意標本狀態變化,規避溶血現象,以保證檢驗結果的準確性。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of specimen temperature and storage time on the biochemical test results of liver function, and to provide an important basis for improving the quality of the test. Methods From October 2018 to February 2019, 200 healthy subjects who underwent biochemical tests of liver function in our laboratory were selected as subjects. They were collected from the morning venous blood of 3.0 ml/tube, a total of 6 tubes, compared with normal temperature and 4 °C environment, immediate and stored 12h test, hemolysis and non-hemolytic specimens in the liver function biochemical indicators.Results The levels of DBIL, AST, ALT and ALB in hemolysis-free specimens were higher than those in hemolysis specimens. The levels of ALP, TP and TBIL were lower than those in hemolysis specimens,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the levels of DBIL, TBIL, AST, ALT, ALB, ALP and TP between the samples at room temperature and 4°C(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in DBIL, TBIL, AST, ALT, ALB, ALP, and TP levels between the 12 h specimens stored immediately (P>0.05). Conclusion The preservation temperature and storage time of blood sample have little effect on the biochemical test results of liver function, but hemolysis will have certain influence on the test index. Therefore, after blood collection, special attention should be paid to the state change of the specimen to avoid the hemolysis phenomenon to ensure the accuracy of the test result.
