摘要:
目的 分析我院收治的疑似及確診的新型冠狀病毒肺炎患者的臨床及胸部CT影像表現,以提高對本病的認識。方法 選擇我院2020年1月15日~2月15日收治的26例疑似和確診新型冠狀病毒肺炎患者的作為研究對象,回顧性分析患者流行病學史、臨床資料、實驗室檢查及胸部CT影像學表現。結果 26例患者中,16例為確診病例,10例為疑似病例。15例患者疫情期間曾經到過武漢或生活在武漢,4例患者有家屬來自武漢,1例患者來自湖北荊州,1例患者有新加坡旅游史,2例患者接觸過確診病例, 3例患者沒有明確接觸史。發熱患者21例,無癥狀患者4例,1例僅有少許咳嗽。26例患者胸部CT主要表現為肺內散在分布的斑片狀、結節狀、大片狀磨玻璃影、實變影,大部分位于胸膜下,其中18例患者胸部影像表現為病毒性肺炎可能性大。結論 結合流行病學史、臨床癥狀、實驗室檢查及胸部CT影像學資料可以準確診斷及鑒別新型冠狀病毒肺炎,達到早發現、早隔離、早治療的目的。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical and chest CT imaging findings of patients with suspected and confirmed novel coronavirus pneumonia admitted in our hospital to improve the understanding of the disease.Methods 26 patients with suspected and confirmed novel coronavirus pneumonia treated in our hospital from January 15 to February 15, 2020 were selected as the research subjects, retrospective analysis of the patient’s epidemiological history, clinical data, laboratory tests and chest CT imaging findings.Results Of the 26 patients, 16 were confirmed and 10 were suspected. 15 patients had visited or lived in Wuhan during the epidemic, 4 patients had family members from Wuhan, 1 patient from Jingzhou, Hubei, 1 patient had a history of travel in Singapore, 2 patients had contact with a confirmed case, and 3 patients were unclear contact history. There were 21 cases of fever, 4 cases of asymptomatic patients, and 1 case had only a little cough. Chest CT in 26 patients mainly showed patchy, nodular, large ground glass, and consolidation in the lungs. Most of them were located under the pleura.18 of these patients were most likely to have viral pneumonia.Conclusion Combining epidemiological history, clinical symptoms, laboratory examination and chest CT imaging data can accurately diagnose and identify novel coronavirus pneumonia, and achieve the goals of early detection, early isolation and early treatment.
